The company offers photonic integrated packaging solutions based on the POET Optical Interposer, a platform that allows the integration of electronic and photonic devices onto a single chip using advanced wafer-level semiconductor manufacturing techniques. Its products include photonic integrated circuits, optical engines, optical transceiver modules, and light source products. The company serves the data center AI, light source, and telecommunications markets; 5G interconnect markets, such as PON and GPON, as well as edge computing for machine-to-machine communications; and sensing markets, including LIDAR, Optical Coherence Tomography for medical devices, and virtual reality systems. The company has a strategic collaboration with Lumilens Inc. for the development of wafer-level photonic integration for AI optical networks.
