LTC Properties held $2.0 billion in net investment carrying value across 186 seniors housing and skilled nursing properties at December 31, 2025, split between a Real Estate Investment segment (161 properties generating 90.3% of portfolio NOI) and a SHOP segment (25 communities generating 8.8% of NOI) established in the second quarter of 2025 under the RIDEA structure.
