IBEX combines a perfect earnings-beat streak and an attractively valued, high-ROE profile with a technical pullback, limited remaining upside as a small-cap name, and bearish insider selling, netting out to a maintain-but-don't-add stance.

About IBEX Limited
About IBEX Limited
IBEX Limited runs 30 customer engagement delivery centers across the United States, Philippines, Jamaica, Nicaragua, Pakistan and Honduras, staffed by roughly 33,000 employees as of June 30, 2025. Clients based in the United States generated 96% of revenue in the fiscal year ended June 30, 2025, and the top three clients accounted for 26%. About 97% of on-site capacity sits in offshore and nearshore locations, and the company serves more than 140 clients.
The Connect business generates the majority of revenue, delivering customer service, technical support, revenue generation through upselling and cross selling, and back-office work such as finance and accounting. A smaller ibex Digital suite sells digital marketing, e-commerce technology and customer acquisition services. Contracts generally take the form of a master services agreement supplemented by statements of work that set services, performance metrics and pricing. Most client contracts carry no minimum volume requirements, and clients can generally terminate for convenience. In some cases pricing is fixed over the contract period with limited sharing of inflation and currency risk. Clients fall into two groups: digital-first companies, including Amazon and a leading U.S. ride-sharing company, and blue chip Fortune 500 brands in telecommunications, cable, financial services and healthcare. The Wave iX platform is positioned as a way to differentiate from a pure labor arbitrage delivery model, and the 10-K describes a highly fragmented market that includes in-house customer service departments and some of the company's own clients as competitors.

Customer and vertical concentration frames the main exposure. The top client represented approximately 11% of revenue in fiscal 2025, while clients in the Retail & E-commerce vertical contributed 26.0%, Telecommunication 13.1%, Technology 7.8% and Cable 7.4%. Because contracts may be reduced or ended for convenience, and because several Telecommunication and Technology clients have faced substantial price competition, volume or pricing pressure from a handful of accounts may weigh on revenue. Insourcing by clients, which no non-compete agreement prevents, could also remove work currently outsourced to the company.
