About Bank7 Corp.

About Bank7 Corp.

Bank7 Corp. held $1.96 billion in total assets, $1.61 billion in total loans and $1.70 billion in deposits at December 31, 2025, operating twelve branches for its Bank7 subsidiary across Oklahoma, Texas and Kansas. The bank focuses on commercial real estate, hospitality, energy and commercial and industrial lending, and is subject to primary oversight from the Oklahoma Banking Department and the Federal Reserve.

Commercial purpose loans, spanning general commercial, energy, agricultural and CRE credits, made up approximately 99.2% of Bank7's gross loan portfolio, reflecting a business model built around business owners and entrepreneurs rather than residential mortgage lending. Energy loans totaled $156.8 million, or 9.7% of total loans, while hospitality-sector loans, largely hotel construction and operating credits, reached $310.6 million, or 19.3% of the portfolio. The bank's 20 largest borrowing relationships totaled $659.9 million in commitments, or 33.8% of total outstanding commitments, and its 20 largest deposit relationships accounted for 28.5% of total deposits, a funding base concentrated enough that withdrawal by a handful of large depositors could push Bank7 toward costlier wholesale borrowings.

Show full overview

Bank7's own risk factors flag commercial real estate concentration as a supervisory pressure point: Regulatory CRE stood at 261.89% of total Bank capital at December 31, 2025, versus 254.04% a year earlier, even after a 42.83% decline over the trailing 36 months, while construction and land development loans equaled 85.91% of capital. Continued growth above the federal Concentration Guidance thresholds could trigger enhanced underwriting requirements or capital directives from the Federal Reserve and Oklahoma Banking Department.
